Welcome to FoxListen (the "App", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FoxListen mobile application and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using FoxListen, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

FoxListen is a text-to-audio application that allows users to convert written text into spoken audio using server-side text-to-speech technology. The App does not require user account registration.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FoxListen. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Content

3.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of any text content you input, paste, or upload into FoxListen ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership over your User Content.

3.2 License for Processing

By using the App, you grant FoxListen a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of converting it into audio and providing the service.

3.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
• Upload or convert content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the App or its servers
• Abuse or excessively use the service in a way that degrades performance for others

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the App if these Terms are violated.

5. Privacy

Your use of FoxListen is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it carefully.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its software, design, trademarks, and branding, are owned by FoxListen or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.

7. Third-Party Services

FoxListen may rely on third-party services or infrastructure to provide text-to-speech functionality or analytics. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

FoxListen is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App, including generated audio output.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoxListen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including loss of data or content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to FoxListen at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the App at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
